Tai Chi is a gentle form of movement combining breathing and coordinated exercise that delivers recognised health benefits. With roots over 2000 years old Qigong involves gentle movements that increase flexibility, strengthen tendons and muscles and improve balance and coordination. Regular practice improves balance, flexibility and muscle tone, while inner focus reduces stress and boosts energy and mental, as well as physical wellbeing.

If you can’t make it and still want to have a session, I have put some links below to videos you could watch and practice along with the masters. I have selected a few of the ones we do, with the people I train with so it should be consistent with the way we do it (fingers crossed!) As you will see there are lots of examples on the internet. Occasionally we do VIRTUAL lessons via Zoom and in summer we often manage to have our classes outside.
